Green Dragon
The closest thing in our range to a Longjing, until the finish. Grown in Ilam.
A sweet bouquet of flowers and fresh herbs in the dry leaf. In the cup, fresh greens and flowers over wood resin and sunflower seed.
Then everything changes in the finish and a soft Sichuan pepper tingle sets in. Oxidized at 0 to 5%. 2026 was one of our partner’s best years.

Brewing Tip
Filtered water at 80-85°C, 3-4 grams of tea per 300 ml of water, steep for 2-3 minutes.
