Matcha Miyazaki Saemidori
This is a top ceremonial grade matcha with a refined and focused profile. Compared to more everyday options, it is cleaner, deeper and more composed in character. In the dry aroma you’ll find light floral notes and a soft creamy tone.
In the cup the profile is smooth and balanced, with a clear umami presence, gentle sweetness and a light astringent edge that gives structure without making it harsh. The texture is fine and even, producing a dense, stable foam and a clean mouthfeel.
