Matcha Uguisi Premium
In the dry aroma you’ll find pistachio and creamy notes, with a character that leans towards something smooth and familiar, like vanilla ice cream.
The tea has a gentle roasted touch, which adds depth and shifts the profile away from bright green intensity into something more rounded and composed. It's texture is smooth and even, easy to work with and consistent in preparation.
It holds well in both lighter and more concentrated brews.

It's flexibility is it's strenght; works great with water and also shows an interesting side in milk.
Processing Method
Harvested in summer 2025, the leaves were shaded for 12-16 days before harvest. Grounded in March 2026.
