Smoky Gold
A black tea with integrated smoke and natural balance.
The leaves are briefly smoked and then allowed to oxidize. Because the smoke is applied at this stage, it becomes part of the tea’s character rather than an added layer.
The profile is soft and balanced. Dried fruit notes, reminiscent of compote, appear alongside gentle plum wood smoke. The smokiness is clearly readable but remains integrated into the tea rather than covering its natural character.

Brewing Tip
Filtered water at 90-95°C, 3-4 grams of tea per 300 ml of water, steep for 2-3 minutes.
Processing Method
Classical withering. Rolled for 30 minutes without pressure and then for 10 minutes under light pressure. Smoked for 10-15 minutes using bark from local plum trees, followed by oxidation for 10-11 hours. Finished with drying for 25 minutes at 130-135 °C in a chain dryer.
