Emerald Green
A classic green tea from the Indo-Nepal region: rich, bold and slightly tannic.
Although harvested at the beginning of summer, the material is essentially first flush in character. The leaves were allowed to mature slightly longer on the bush, developing greater density and structure while retaining the energetic core of spring growth. This gives the tea its power - a firm tannic backbone, bright extraction and a distinctly gripping finish.
The dry aroma reveals an unexpected contrast: abundant florals and hints of yellow fruit rise from the leaf. Yet once infused, these warmer tones are overtaken by a surge of crisp freshness - freshly cut grass, crushed green stems and sharp alpine clarity. The cup is direct, structured and unapologetically green.
