Ilam Night
Classic black tea from Sakhejung, Ilam, Nepal, classified as SFTGFOP. Crafted by a farmer we have worked with for over eight years.
This tea is built for daily drinking, yet it carries notable structure. Despite its relatively deep oxidation, it retains a lively acidity that gives the cup energy and lift. A subtle berry-like brightness appears alongside natural sweetness, creating a more dynamic profile than expected from a classic black tea.
The body is full and rounded, with honeyed tones in the finish.

Brewing Tip
Filtered water at 90-95°C, 3-4 grams of tea per 300 ml of water, steep for 2-3 minutes.
