Light Oolong

A high-altitude oolong from Panchthar, Nepal, expressing the Himalayan terroir with warmth and precision.

Oxidized at 15-25%, it opens with honey and meadow flowers, gradually revealing soft stone fruit and gentle orchard notes shaped by oxidation. The structure is smooth and balanced, allowing sweetness and fruit to develop naturally without weight.

A subtle animal nuance appears in the background - delicate, integrated, and barely perceptible. The tea remains gentle throughout, with a rounded texture and a calm, refined finish.

Brewing Tip

Filtered water at 90°C, 3-4 grams of tea per 300 ml of water, steep for 2-3 minutes.

Processing Method

Classical withering. Oolong drum tumbling for 15 minutes, followed by a 30-minute resting period. Rolled for 45 minutes. Oxidized for 90 minutes. Finished with drying for 20 minutes at 135°C in a chain dryer.
