Matcha Kikyo Daily
This is a a straightforward, everyday matcha. Compared to our other options, it is more structured, greener and fresher in character, with a brighter and more intense profile. In the dry aroma you’ll find notes of cream, pumpkin, spices and green leaves.
With milk, the profile shifts towards pumpkin and spices, supported by a soft creamy base. It works especially well in milk, where its intensity holds up and stays clear. The texture is stable and easy to work with, making it a reliable option for daily use.

Processing Method
Harvested in summer 2025, the leaves were shaded for 12-16 days before harvest. Grounded in March 2026.
