White Amber

The third region we brought into the range this year, and the one closest to the Indian border.

The leaf gets a firing, which is unusual for a white tea and leaves a baked note running underneath everything else.
Baked potato and buckwheat honey in the dry leaf, with vanilla, orchid, guava and lychee coming up behind. In the cup it is sweet flowers and round, ripe yellow fruit.
The sweetness is quiet and even rather than loud, and it wraps the whole cup. The finish is floral and long. Complex, and a little odd, which is why we bought it.

What Sets Us Apart

is the taste for organic, natural processed tea.

We believe that tea itself is enough.
